PORTAL 6 “I need a spiritual approach…”

“For the raindrop, joy is in entering the river—

Unbearable pain becomes it’s own cure.”

Ghalib (translated by Jane Hirshfield)
I think that at least parts of all religions and many spiritual approaches view our earth as sacred. As such we would not view the earth as our extraction grounds and dumping grounds. We would approach our one earth with humility and an openness to learning how to be in harmony with the rest of earth.

In the book section there are several ones that touch on this area, including the ones by Joanna Macy and Molly Brown, as well as Thich Nhat Hanh. I would welcome any other pertinent book suggestions.
